The hostess fully explained how the menu worked before we sat down. When I finally got to really look at the menu I almost walked out. According to the menu they didn't have a single entree for dinner. Hubby convinced me to talk to the waitress. Most of the entrees have barley or farro or some other gluten filled side dish. The waitress told me that they would happily substitute. I had the risotto instead of the barley. It was very good and I didn't get sick. The waitress also said the snapper was completely GF, no substitution, but the menu didn't indicate that. I made sure she knew that. overall, it was really good. Wish the menu specified things could be substituted.
