This is the restaurant inside the Fairmont in Whistler. It was excellent. The server was clearly super knowledgeable about celiac disease and told me that all but one item on the menu could be made gluten-free. They also had gluten-free bread that came before our appetizers, and it was really good. We didn’t eat dessert, but the server mentioned that there were several gluten-free options.
