We enjoyed an amazing dinner at Wildflower. The Fairmont does an amazing job training their kitchens on how to prepare food safely for those with Celiac. I don't believe things were labeled GF on the menu, but when we sat down and asked, our waiter let us know that nearly everything on the menu could be prepared GF. They even brought GF bread out for our two guests who have Celiac and a separate container of butter for them. The GF sundae was incredible for dessert. It is a fancier restaurant.... and so delicious!
