Had my first GF pizza at the workshop. It was tasty, definitely on the crunchy side.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

I order the gluten free pizza crust and just ask they cut it with a clean pizza slicer. The pizza is fabulous. Put any toppings you want on. I have Celiac and understand the risk of cross contamination while cooking it. Never been glutened.
