Review of Three Broomsticks

Nightmare!! I spent months researching gluten free options for our stay at Universal. Every other restaurant we visited was great. My daughter was so excited for the pancake breakfast at three broomsticks as she is a huge Harry potter fan. The restaurant was not that busy, the chef came out and went over options and precautions and oversaw our order. At the pickup counter everything looked as ordered (no croissant, extra bacon in place of sausage) half way into our meal the chef came rushing to our table and told us we were served the wrong pancakes!!! He had just finished cooking the gf ones and realized we had already been served. My 2 daughters and I felt sick for 1.5 days. I would never trust a counter service restaurant here again. Too much confusion and changing hands. Sit down meals at Mythos, The Kitchen, Hard Rock, Margaritaville and Islands Dining room were the best.
