I had GF pizza. On the plus side, it was ready fast and didn’t cause me any problems. On the con side, the toppings were skimpy and the crust tasted like cardboard
This place may have changed ownership but it’s still possible to eat here safely. I’ve been twice recently and wait staff has a passable sense of what’s GF, even though nothing is marked on the menu anymore. Wings are GF and prepared in a pan, house agave dressing is prepared on-site and is GF, they offer GF buns for the sandwiches… they don’t have GF beer but do have mead and cider from dedicated taps. I needed to ask a lot of questions and double check things but it’s worked out fine both times.

This place was amazing, great pizza and super red sauce. Waiter was attentive and on top of everything. The menu has a lot of GF options with crust, bread. I would eat here again.

I’ve been eating at this restaurant for years, when it was pizza people pub. The owner of Throne is in tune and smart business man for us celiacs. I have had GF pizza in SF, NYC and Philly, not touched by Throne’s GF pizza. He kept the same kitchen staff who know how to make celiac safe food. Still the BEST pizza I have ever had since Dx celiac 15 years ago. The wings are baked! If not sitting in, outside, I’m ordering take out every week

Our 2 kids with Celiac safely ate here! They both had GF pizza (one cheese, one pepperoni) and the kitchen was very careful. Our server even wiped down our silverware. Although they didn’t get a burger, they have GF buns here too for sandwiches. Food was super tasty and would recommend. About 20 min from Sky Harbor Airport

Was really looking forward to the wings as the website listed them as GF for all flavors. Unfortunately it has changed ownership. Physical menu was almost identical to website except that had changed. That is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Still lots of options with GF pizza dough and buns for sandwiches. Pizza was AMAZING! I got “Date Me” and crust was perfectly crispy and great flavors. Nice wine selection considering it is a brew pub. Staff was very nice. Slightly overwhelmed but they had a big group show up with twice their estimated number and I don’t know if any restaurant that isn’t understaffed right now. They were definitely hustling, though.

Got the pulled chicken sandwich, baked fries, and side salad. Gluten free sign in the window. Whatever the server was unsure about, he went and asked. I was too full for dessert, but they had a gf option!
