This place may have changed ownership but it’s still possible to eat here safely. I’ve been twice recently and wait staff has a passable sense of what’s GF, even though nothing is marked on the menu anymore. Wings are GF and prepared in a pan, house agave dressing is prepared on-site and is GF, they offer GF buns for the sandwiches… they don’t have GF beer but do have mead and cider from dedicated taps. I needed to ask a lot of questions and double check things but it’s worked out fine both times.
