I’m very disappointed in Thyme.
They have a gluten free menu, but even when ordered and being very clear about being celiac and need the kitchen to know of gluten allergy, we still received a side salad with croutons on it. The waitress then tells us she told the kitchen, but “sometimes they don’t listen”. Don’t trust Thyme if you are celiac. They offer GF buns, but do NOT understand cross-contamination at all.
Also we had poor service that took over an hour to receive food on a Sunday afternoon when they weren’t busy at all. I can’t imagine trying to communicate any allergy need when they are busy.
