I have been to several locations in madrid and they have not disappointed me yet. It is very similar to Chipotle in the United States except that the staff is much more aware of celiac disease at Tierra. When I told them I had celiac disease they changed gloves right away and let me know what was safe to eat. You can get almost everything besides the tortillas (get a bowl instead of a burrito) and the crema. There is a slight chance of cross contamination from the ingredient spoons touching the other customers tortillas but I’ve watched them serve customers and haven’t seen them touching the gluten food with the same utensils.
