This restaurant is located in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. They have a GF menu. Waitress asked about allergies and was knowledgeable about food allergies. My meal was bought out separately with an allergy pick. For an appetizer, you can have the Charcuterie and Cheese Board with GF crackers and they will leave out one of the cheeses as it is not GF. It was very good with a nice variety of cheeses. As my entree, I had the Tamarind Braised Short Rib and it was so delicious! I’ve been here before and it is always an amazing experience! Suggestion, after your meal, walk around the restaurant to look at all of the beautiful artifacts.

This was a wonderful experience. I was given an allergen-friendly menu, Hassan was able to answer questions about the menu and the chef came out to speak to me about cross contamination. My meal was brought out with an allergy wooden pick and after 24 hours, I am completely fine! I had the shrimp & grits and they were delicious.

Wow…haven’t had that level of attention with my gluten free issue in a very long time! The server bent over backwards to ensure me that what I chose (charcuterie platter, plant based tacos and Lion King desert) were 10000% gluten free. He said he could basically have the chef do any entree on the menu gluten free but due to the high prices ($50 a plate) I stuck to sharing 2 appetizers with my husband, instead ($15 a plate). On my reservation, I had marked gluten allergy and when we checked in, our table “receipt” that was given to our server had a huge red “ALLERGY” stamp on it. I was impressed!
Every dish arrived with little wooden allergy markers and our server said the chef ensures it is completely gluten free. So unlike my experience at Hollywood Studios where reviews said it was safe (nope, got very sick from tatchos at Woody’s Lunch Box), this place was a winner. It has been 24 hours and not a single twinge. (BTW, the tacos were the best I’ve had and I don’t even like food! I view food as sustenance and not something to “enjoy”.)

Amazing food and a ton of options! The cheese bread and vegan tacos were great. The lion king dessert is very cool.

The experience my party and I had here could not have been better. The service was exceptional, the environment was alluring and the attention to detail regarding allergies was excellent. Not to mention, the phenomenal food. I highly recommend the lion king dessert.

This restaurant experience was terrific! Tasty and safe! Our ten year old has celiac and is VERY nervous about cross contamination (She shuts down and won’t eat if the server doesn’t sound confident.). Our server, Christopher, brought out the chef for us to speak with. The chef gave the options and explained things. He even brought out some sauces for our daughter to try to make sure they wouldn’t be too spicy. He told her he’d make them with extra yogurt / cream to tone it down even further. She had the butter chicken, and guys, it was terrific! We started with a gf bread service: Indian pappadam bread with curry salt and pear chutney, Brazilian cheesy bread with guava jam, then we had: butter chicken with peas, squash and pickled onions and some kind of fried rice ball filled with veggies, and then a gf Lion King dessert. Holy moly. So, so, so good! And best of all? We ate 9 hours ago and not a single symptom! Usually she immediately vomits (for hours!) if there is a lot of gluten, but if there is a trace (cross contamination), she’ll get a terrible stomach ache that lasts a while. Nothing with this place. She feels great. Only down side is that it is pricey. But it was a fun experience!

The food at Tiffins is amazing. They had a great selection of gluten free food on their allergy menu. The staff was knowledgeable about gluten free and made me feel comfortable. I got the gluten free butter chicken and my son got the gluten free teriyaki chicken. We also got the gluten free falafel as an appetizer, but that was not as good as the rest of the food. I got the gluten free Lion King desert, which was delicious. The food tested safe with my Nima and I didn't get sick.

Amazing experience at Tiffins for dinner! Our server Matt was extremely knowledgeable and reassuring around gluten-free options. He said every entree is naturally gluten-free. The cheesy bread was a favorite for everyone and the butter chicken was delicious (served with an Allergy pick and with its own server). The best part of the night was the Lion King dessert - gluten-free brownie/mousse/white chocolate. Highly recommend!

Most of this menu was able to be adapted to be gluten free. They honestly had something for everyone and the server was extremely helpful when explaining the menu to us. They even had gluten free desserts available.

I ordered off the kids allergy friendly menu and had chicken, broccoli, and rice. It was good, but expensive for not an impressive meal. I was glad to have something that others enjoyed eating at and I didn’t get sick which is the most important thing to me. I am gluten, dairy, and sesame free. So, my options are more limited than most.

Disney labels things gluten friendly that have chances of cross contamination. ALWAYS speak to the chef at Disney restaurants. Had an amazing experience here at Tiffins!! We spoke directly to the chef and was able to safely order the veal for myself, and the shrimp, fries, and fruit for my son. The meal was the best Disney meal I’ve had on property. Thy brought out gluten free “bread” fried chips with a curry salt that was delicious. And my son had a tapioca pudding free from cross contamination for dessert.
When the waiter brought out the regular bread for the rest of our party he let us know he was going to immediately wash his hands before bringing our gf food out.

Went to tiffins for the first time and had a great experience. They have a separate allergy menu, and a lot of options for GF. I tried an appetizer, main and desert and they were all tasty. They marked all of my dishes with an allergen toothpick which was reassuring. I really reccomend the tapioca passion fruit desert, it was delicious and not too sweet which I find is rare for theme park food.

We had a wonderful experience here. The restaurant is beautiful and the service was great. Food was amazing. I even made some changes to the dish I ordered and they accommodated me without any problem. I will definitely come back on our next trip.
Update: 7/2017
We went for our 5th visit this trip and everything is still delicious. Tiffin's is our favorite Disney restaurant. We always have a great experience there.

1 of 4 items tested contained gluten.
Tested the gluten-free bread service, octopus appetizer, and duck breast entree with my Nima sensor, and all came back gluten-free. They were all delicious.
Tested the tapioca passion fruit dessert and it came back with gluten.
No
A few GF options, not as many as other Disney dining. Food was definitely upscale...octopus, lobster soup, etc.

Can't rave enough about this place.1. Large gluten free selection. 2. Dedicated fryer.3. One of the top 3 meals I have ever eaten. 4. The best octopus I have ever had in the US.5. By far the best restaurant in any Disney park. The only downside would be that it is a little expensive (but worth it).
