We had a cooking class there and these guys are heavy pros, fully aware of gluten free requirements and other dietary restrictions. We had an amazing time and I am fully confident that this also translates into the “regular restaurant”. The place is rather interesting, it is a part of the animal sanctuary (or vice versa?) and the road to this place is a bit dingy but fear not, all is good and safe:-). Just be prepared to see (and hear) lots of animals around…

There is a set menu, of 5 courses, each night depending on the day of the week. The menu is marked for gluten items and they ask to let them know if you have any allergies. They offer gluten, vegetarian and vegan options. For Thursday, the night we went, I only needed two substitutions. One was a stir fry veggie dish that I had with rice instead of pasta, and the other was a King Fillet that had a sauce with soy sauce and instead, they cooked me up some shrimp wrapped in pepper leaves that was my favorite piece of the whole night anyways! The food was amazing, the service was perfect, no complaints on this one!
