When ordering the waitstaff ask if you have any food allergies and enter them into the computer system so the kitchen staff have the knowledge on top of verbal reminder.

When I walked into this restaurant I was immediately met with great food service. I told them about my allergies and they walked me through the menu and directed me to what I could eat. The waiter was so amazing and double checked everything with the chef and for extra safety precautions entered the allergies into the computer system so the chef was very aware. Great service and tasty food I would definitely recommend this place.

Good knowledge of gluten free. Food tasted okay but could have been better. I'd try it again though in case it was a fluke.

The food was good they have a gf menu. The salmon rice and asparagus tested safe with my Nima. The kitchen is open and they do have other food with gluten. The staff was so so on making me feel comfortable.

This restaurant is great for Celiacs!! So many gf options, and they handle the "allergy" situation well. I've had sandwiches and salads and enjoyed them all, no reactions!

This place is amazing! Great food and great service. I have been there several times for lunch and only once for dinner. GF breads for sandwiches is good. They have several plates that don't have gluten. It feels and tastes upscale but it's affordable and you can order meals to go.

The food here is great! It's like going to a fancy restaurant, but you get excellent food in 10 minutes. There are lots of GF items and as someone else mentioned the GF chocolate whopper cookies are awesome. I wish they had these in Colorado.

The gluten free chocolate almond whopper cookies are amazing. Their salmon I perfectly seasoned and everything taste very fresh. I would definetly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fresh, healthy bite to eat in La Costa.

This place is great! They have a yummy gluten free bread option (maybe Rudy's?) and even the gravy for the turkey plate is gluten free! I found their craft your own salads to be delicious as well. Looking forward to trying more!

if you very something to go make sure to check is gluten free. Other than that problem the place is pretty good. Has great gluten free sandwiches.

This is my favorite restaurant. I love this place! The food is so fresh and delicious. They have gluten free artisan breads you can request with any sandwich. I love the BLT with avocado. M favorite entrees are the loch duart salmon plate with ratatouille and mashed potatoes on the side. The marinates portobello mushroom is also excellent. They have a GF chocolate cookie for dessert that is amazing.
