Would not recommend. No GF menu. Staff acted like they knew what was safe for GF and yet still offered regular toast. Ordered omelet thinking that would be basic but it wasn’t good. Waitress also offered a side of fruit to each of us as if included in price but there was extra charge. Bacon was greasy and under done.

I came for breakfast. Nothing earth shattering about the meal, but if you know your stuff, there’s a lot you can eat. It’s mostly omelettes and other egg and meat things. No gf bread. No gf menu, but the waiter did say the flour items are prepped in the very back of the kitchen and that they clean and take precautions for celiac folks, so I felt confident committing to a meal, even though the waiter wasn’t super knowledgeable (I think she was new so we will give her a break ;)). She was super sweet though and took the time to ask the manager about my questions, so she gets a thumbs up! Corned beef hash was good, eggs and grits average.

Nothing on the menu is markers so i went with the safe option and got a omelet and a side salad rather then getting the grits or hash browns. Told him I had a gluten allergy and he entered it into the system and made sure i got no bread with my meal (omelets come with toast) I didn’t get sick so I would say it was a success

Mediocre food. Hot breakfast was lukewarm. No GF carbs (breads, waffles, pancakes) offered. Grits were gluten free. Even after informing server of being gluten intolerant, they continued to offer gluten items. Best to avoid if you are celiac or gluten intolerant.

There are definitely gluten free options here. My server knew what I meant when I asked for gluten free (though I am not celiac so did not inquire about that level of safety). Fun place!

Our sever basically said the salads and the salmon were the only GF options for dinner. The salmon was so overcooked that I couldn’t tell it was salmon.

My husband & I were on vacation & decided to try this restaurant. I ask the hostess if they had a gf menu & she said no. I asked if they had gf items marked on the menu & she said no, but that I could ask the server. After talking to the server, he obviously had no knowledge or training about gf or celiac. We should have left then, but since our waiter was willing to keep asking the “chef” if items contained gluten or not, & against my better judgment I decided to try a chef salad. After being assured there was no gluten in the seasoning they put on the chicken or in the salad dressing that is. It wasn’t 5 minutes after my husband & I left the restaurant that I started feeling really bad & had a terrible tummy! My husband who eats gf mainly because I have to didn’t feel well after either. I would NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone who has gluten intolerance issues & especially not celiac.

I got the southwest omelette and it was great! No GF menu and wasn’t marked GF, but the hostess said all of the omelettes were safe. When I told the waitress she specifically asked if I had celiac. No reaction, delicious food.

Walked in, asked if they gad gluten free options to the waitress and she stared at me in complete confusion. Needless to say walked right out.

I informed my waitress of my celiac / gluten free diet. They said the home fries and grits were not gluten free and then said grits were gluten free (seemed very uncertain as to what gluten was)

My meal came with a biscuit which I said to put on separate plate for someone else to eat. My breakfast came with the biscuit right on top of my meal. I would not recommend for someone who must eat gluten free.

There is no specific GF menu. Was told only the omelets are GF and the grits without gravy. Disappointing to have such limited options.

They should remove the gluten free notation on trip advisor. Having eggs and salads does not make them gluten free! They staff have no knowledge about the ingredients included in their menu items. False advertising!
