Felt pretty safe! Server gave a blank look when I said celiac, but when I said gluten allergy she said they can make anything on the menu except the noodles. Said they make them in the back and confirmed they clean the station when I asked. Was a little nervous because the menu is large and found it hard to believe everything could be gf, but ordered the shrimp and scallop mixed combination with white rice and didn't get sick! To the servers credit she was knowledgeable about the salad dressing having gluten, although they didn't have a gf alternative. Food was pretty mediocre and expensive, but i mean it's a hibachi place, you mostly pay for the dude to throw things and make fire.

I ordered the habachi chicken and steamed rice and it was delicious. They made it in the back. They have gf soy sauce. The yum yum is gf and delicious!

They only have one gluten free roll. Not many other options for gluten free unless you only wanted nigari.

If you eat on the sushi side there’s options of gluten free sushi, and fried rice! Super good food, staff is super knowledgeable and kind. Always a favorite place to eat. I’m celiac and I have never gotten sick here. They also have GF soy sauce.

This place was a train wreck! Watch out! I will never go back!
No
Not as good as some other Five Guys locations, but it was fine.
Yes
Not really gluten free.
Food tasted good, worried about cross-contamination from the burnt teriyaki sauce. I don't plan on visiting again and hope I don't get sick tonight. :-(
