Felt pretty safe! Server gave a blank look when I said celiac, but when I said gluten allergy she said they can make anything on the menu except the noodles. Said they make them in the back and confirmed they clean the station when I asked. Was a little nervous because the menu is large and found it hard to believe everything could be gf, but ordered the shrimp and scallop mixed combination with white rice and didn't get sick! To the servers credit she was knowledgeable about the salad dressing having gluten, although they didn't have a gf alternative. Food was pretty mediocre and expensive, but i mean it's a hibachi place, you mostly pay for the dude to throw things and make fire.
