I had a delicious gluten free grilled cheese but of even more importance to me they have gluten free tomato soup, something I struggle to find anywhere else! They took care in making sure that my sandwich was prepared in a gluten free space and everyone seemed to be really understanding.

GF sandwiches are prepped in a separate area and staff is careful about avoiding cc. Ate here several times while in town for a convention.

I have celiac and ate here twice without issues but the third time I got sick from the American cheese. I was under the impression all cheeses were gf, that was not the case and I was not informed otherwise. So be sure to check Tom + Chee’s allergy menu online first!!! But great food the mozzarella and creamy tomato basil is my favorite :)

Celiac safe options!!! Quick, easy, and extremely tasty! Was able to confidently eat hear 3 times during my trip. Really appreciated the staff's knowledge and help with questions and they knew thier stuff when it came to cross contamination. Very sensitive and did not get sick!

Kitchen manager explained to me how they mark the order as “allergy,” which cues one person to handle your order. They have a dedicated grill for GF sandwiches marked “allergy.” She even advised me the American cheese has gluten, and steered me to the Wisconsin Cheddar. I haven’t had grilled cheese since diagnosed 9 months ago. It was SO good!!! And no cross-contamination. I left great the rest of the day.

The cashier was very knowledgeable and accommodating. She knew what Celiac disease was without me having to mention gluten. She assured me that everything was prepared in a dedicated area and oven. She also told me the kinds of cheeses I couldn't have. I had the grilled cheese (cheddar and mozzarella) with creamy tomato basil soup! So delicious and easy on the tummy!

While on vacation, i decided to take the suggestion of this app and go here. As someone with Celiac and rather sensitive, I was pleasantly surprised here. Not only was the food excellent, but they even apologized for "the wait" of my order (which wasn't long at all). Their reason was because of preparing it separately to avoid contamination. HUGE koodos for that. If one opens near me, I will be a regular.

The representative I worked with was very knowledgeable about celiac and mentioned the owner's wife has it also. I ordered the Tom and Chee on gluten-free bread with a side dipper of the creamy tomato soup. It tastes amazing!

Saw this place on Shark Tank and made a point to go there while visiting Cincinnati. My turkey, pesto and mozzarella cheese sandwich did not disappoint!! And it was certified GF (by my intestines). They have both GF bread and GF donuts and use a separate area on the grill for GF orders. Also have staff who clearly understand the concept of cross contamination. Planning on going there again before I leave Cincy for breakfast or dessert!

AMAZING!!! Best grilled cheese I have EVER had pre-celiac AND post!! The woman taking my order informed me that the owner has a severe gluten allergy! I even order more to go and my boyfriend did as well (he is not g free) and they even put our orders in separate bags!! Awesome!!! I wish I lived in Cincinnati..it would be a go-to eat spot for me!!

extremely disappointed. they do not have a way to make the gf sandwiches on a separate grill....they cook it on the grill where all the gluten sandwiches are cooked. NOT for celiacs. don't waste your time.

Had Gf bread and sandwich options for the family. They didn’t know if tater tots were gluten free or just in a shared fryer (they are not labeled GF but as we are not celiac we don’t care if they are just a shared fryer.) Overall a good sandwich and we were happy to find something we could eat.

Went there a month ago and the lack of respect of not wanting to listen to my allergy made me not trust them at all. I tried to ask what precautions they took for someone with celiac and the lady said the grill has a separate part. I asked to clarify if that meant a separate grill or a corner of the grill that is used to all the gluten items. The lady proceeded to slam down a number holder and slowly said “ I said it has a separate part of the grill which means it has a separate grill”. I would not go back here. If that’s how they treat a customer with an allergy I wouldn’t trust them to follow precautions to ensure no cross contamination.

They have gluten free bread they use for the sandwiches. They are careful when making it and double checked for me. The tater tots are cooked in their own fryer with nothing else so I was able to have them too.
