Excellent lunch, dedicated gf griddle, and staff is knowledgeable about what cheeses and other items are certified gluten free. I come here every time I’m in the area. My only complaint is they used to make their own gluten free bread but now they use a commercial bread, but I understand that it’s much easier to use a prepackaged product. I recommend the pesto turkey grilled cheese and creamy tomato basil soup

The staff was absolutely amazing, friendly & knowledgeable. Dedicated grill for allergies. Nothing beats a grilled cheese & tomato soup for lunch!

Update: I previously gave this place 5 stars. I went in today and they recently changed the menu. The two teenagers at the counter said there was no longer a gluten free menu. They said that I could just order anything with GF bread. There is clearly lots of menu items not gluten free. I asked about the soups and they said... all soup is gluten free... isn't it? I said I would go somewhere with a gluten free menu. They laughed and said it was fine with them ☹.

First Review: Wow, Wow, and Wow. I have celiac and they made me an amazing Grilled Cheese and soup!! The rest of my family loved their meals also... The grilled cheese on a donut was a big hit with the non-celiac folks! We will definitely be back!

This is my favorite place!! The GF grilled cheese is amazing and the tomato soup is good too! I have never gotten sick from this place and the staff that's so much care to make sure there's no cross contamination.

Awesome soup and grilled cheese! So many options. Wife had flying pig and creamy basil soup, was practically licking the bowl. Owner came out to explain how serious they take celiacs and gluten allergy. Will be back soon.

This place makes me smile:) literally brings you back to childhood. I mean that's when I could eat "white bread"! Now I am gluten-free by circumstance and wish that a Tom+Chee were on all of my road trips. Delicious g-free sandwiches and soups. Try out everything that you can! My husband and I also shared a delicious goat cheese salad. Yeah, I know...salad again?! but, seriously deliciousness all around.

This place is AWESOME. The staff is always so friendly and very knowledgeable about the gluten free foods. They also have menus that show everything that has gluten in it, which includes some of their cheese and toppings. I have eaten here a handful of times and have never had a problem!

I am a celiac and I felt safe here. They have a different setup for GF preference or GF 'allergy.' If you don't tell them 'allergy' there could be some CC. If you tell them allergy, they have a separate grill and area of the kitchen. The food was delicious and I felt safe.

We were reassured that everything in my sons grilled cheese w/ham was GF and safe. Within 20 minutes, my son broke out into hives. Now I'm skeptic/scared to bring him here again.

Our family really enjoyed our meals. Delicious sandwiches & salads & countless gf options. Great customer service, quick service & fun atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Best gluten free grilled cheese you'll have in your life. They even know which cheeses contain traces of gluten. They have a special grill that they cook it on and a manager will check on you. Best GF sandwich I've ever had, hands down!

Went in for first time. My daughter and I are celiac. They were very knowledgable and over cautious with us. Loved the grilled cheese and it's been so long since I ate one outside home! They have separate grill for us too. Definite must!

Amazing!!! The manager and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter has celiac and they were extremely patient while explaining her options. The taste was fantastic ... Chips and sides were excellent too! Wish there was one near me! If you have celiac, this is a must try place!

Visited Tom+Chee for the first time today with my 3 yr old celiac daughter. She was absolutely thrilled to eat GF grilled cheese at a restaurant! I felt so comfortable, as they pointed out their separate GF area in the kitchen. She ate everything and loved it, including a very fresh fruit cup. Another child we were with did not get their meal right away, a manager came out later and gave us a gift card to comp the kids meal because of the slow service, we didn't even complain (it was only a few minutes behind our other food). We'll definitely be back.

Tomato + Cheese. This place is the best!!! Who doesn't love grilled cheese? They have gluten free menu at the counter where you order and they will help you if you just ask. They have a separate toaster for their gluten free bread so no worries for cross-contamination. I got word that they are testing with gluten free grilled cheese donuts as well. They just need authorization from the franchise and it'll be added to the menu. You have got to try it...

Had Gf bread and sandwich options for the family. They didn’t know if tater tots were gluten free or just in a shared fryer (they are not labeled GF but as we are not celiac we don’t care if they are just a shared fryer.) Overall a good sandwich and we were happy to find something we could eat.

Went there a month ago and the lack of respect of not wanting to listen to my allergy made me not trust them at all. I tried to ask what precautions they took for someone with celiac and the lady said the grill has a separate part. I asked to clarify if that meant a separate grill or a corner of the grill that is used to all the gluten items. The lady proceeded to slam down a number holder and slowly said “ I said it has a separate part of the grill which means it has a separate grill”. I would not go back here. If that’s how they treat a customer with an allergy I wouldn’t trust them to follow precautions to ensure no cross contamination.

They have gluten free bread they use for the sandwiches. They are careful when making it and double checked for me. The tater tots are cooked in their own fryer with nothing else so I was able to have them too.
