The person who took my order seemed a bit unsure when I ordered a GF sandwich, but when the cook saw the order she asked if it was preference or allergy. She instructed the cashier, who I believe was probably new, that he had to ask & put allergy in the order so she would know to clean everything. She told me my order would take a bit longer because she had to clean her work area first. The sandwich was delicious and I didn’t get sick. Would definitely go back.

I wish I had the same experience so many others had. I have celiac and was so excited to try this place. My husband and I walked in and an employee was on her cell phone talking wiping down tables and nodded at us. We stood at the front for awhile until another employee from the kitchen yelled to her that we were there. She came up and asked what we were ordering. I asked what the gluten free options were and she said “um soup and bread”. I said I’m sorry it’s my first time here I have celiac I meant what sandwiches can I have or do I need to do a build your own?” And she rolled her eyes and said I don’t know. The same person in the kitchen then directed her to give me a printout of ingredients that were ok. She again rolled her eyes and said “here” handing me the paper and then greeted another customer that walked in. I was so uncomfortable not just by the rudeness but if the staff wasn’t aware of gfree options or how to handle questions like that I didn’t want to risk getting sick. I thanked her and handed the paper back and we left.

On vacation in Orlando, and happened upon Tom + Chee on their opening day for this location. Grilled cheese sandwiches with gluten free bread prepared in a separate area. Gluten free tomato soup. My celiac daughter tried both with no problems.

Had Gf bread and sandwich options for the family. They didn’t know if tater tots were gluten free or just in a shared fryer (they are not labeled GF but as we are not celiac we don’t care if they are just a shared fryer.) Overall a good sandwich and we were happy to find something we could eat.

Went there a month ago and the lack of respect of not wanting to listen to my allergy made me not trust them at all. I tried to ask what precautions they took for someone with celiac and the lady said the grill has a separate part. I asked to clarify if that meant a separate grill or a corner of the grill that is used to all the gluten items. The lady proceeded to slam down a number holder and slowly said “ I said it has a separate part of the grill which means it has a separate grill”. I would not go back here. If that’s how they treat a customer with an allergy I wouldn’t trust them to follow precautions to ensure no cross contamination.

They have gluten free bread they use for the sandwiches. They are careful when making it and double checked for me. The tater tots are cooked in their own fryer with nothing else so I was able to have them too.

They are careful with gluten free options. I’ve been eating there for a while now and I have not had any cross contamination. All gluten free items are marked on the menu.
