I got very sick after eating here. I had no knowledge that they cleaned at all between mine and my friends order. I also prefer when my food comes with a sign or flag so that I am certain my food was ACTUALLY gluten-free. I was very disappointed.

Very knowledgeable staff. Cashier knew which cheeses could have come from a facility that produces gluten products and warned me when ordering. Kitchen staff took time to switch gloves and clean and prepare kitchen for my order during Sunday lunch rush. I will definitely return!

Always tell them about your allergy and they will take care of you. I am very sensitive and have never had a problem. I love the hot and spicy sandwich!

Taste was great, but I still got sick afterward. I know that they are super careful with allergies, so I suspect that it was just too much grease.

Had the gf bbq bacon grilled cheese, so awesome to eat the same thing as the rest of my family. Bread was buttery, crispy, yummy! Soup is gf too!

SO delicious and I feel safe!! They are very knowledgeable, and when you tell them it's an allergy, they actually scrub down, change aprons and gloves and grill your sandwich on a dedicated grill. Have eaten here multiple times and never gotten sick. Many of their soups are GF too. Total comfort food. Who doesn't love grilled cheese and tomato soup?!

Very impressed with their knowledge of the need to segregate gluten free for those with celiac and severe allergies. had a separate area and person make our child's food knowing that she has celiac.

Had Gf bread and sandwich options for the family. They didn’t know if tater tots were gluten free or just in a shared fryer (they are not labeled GF but as we are not celiac we don’t care if they are just a shared fryer.) Overall a good sandwich and we were happy to find something we could eat.

Went there a month ago and the lack of respect of not wanting to listen to my allergy made me not trust them at all. I tried to ask what precautions they took for someone with celiac and the lady said the grill has a separate part. I asked to clarify if that meant a separate grill or a corner of the grill that is used to all the gluten items. The lady proceeded to slam down a number holder and slowly said “ I said it has a separate part of the grill which means it has a separate grill”. I would not go back here. If that’s how they treat a customer with an allergy I wouldn’t trust them to follow precautions to ensure no cross contamination.

They have gluten free bread they use for the sandwiches. They are careful when making it and double checked for me. The tater tots are cooked in their own fryer with nothing else so I was able to have them too.

NO GF BREAD. Had 1 soup that was gf. No gf bread, said they’ve been out for a while even though it says gluten free options on the board. Would give 0 stars
