This was our GO TO place for food we knew would be Gluten Free and not cross contaminated. We've been going here regularly for over three years. Sadly, as of 12-17-2018 the Granville location closed.

Thanks the Chris, Rachel, Steven, Jeremy, and everyone else for making us feel safe and at home while dining here. You will be greatly missed.

I have been here a few times now and have been pleased with the food and service. Each time I have told the staff that I have Celiac, and they make sure to put a note on my order so it gets prepared in a separate area of the kitchen. I have had no issues with contamination and definitely enjoyed my meal! Who knew grilled cheese could be exciting again.

I was nervous about trying this place. I am celiac and I loved this place after my first visit. They are knowledgeable about GF and keep everything separate. Best part is there is no upcharge for GF bread. I have been there now many times and it is always awesome.

Great grilled cheese & soup! They were so helpful and nice. They took extra care with my meal. It's nice to find a chain place to stop for a quick bite to eat. We'll be sure to look for Tom+Chee places as we travel now.

Love love love!!! Everything I have tried is soo good and they seem well educated on the food prep for allergies. If you ask for gluten free they will ask if it's choice or allergy. As of June 1st they came out with more options for gluten free as well as a donut!! I can't wait to go soon :)

I have been here lots of times and have never gotten sick. They ask if you are GF due to allergy or preference. GF orders are prepared on a separate griddle. Soups are GF as well. The first time I ate here I had to double check that my meal was gluten free - it was better than how i remembered grilled cheese.

Too bad because the cashiers always complain when I tell them my order is gluten free. I will go somewhere else where they don't groan and roll their eyes at me

Very attentive to various food allergies. Food was awesome - GF bread and vegan cheese - with lots of extras to add on. Love it.

They were so friendly and wonderful! The bread was so good and the grilled cheese was amazing! So many choices it was great! The staff was so polite and attentive. My daughter had the donut grilled cheese not gf. And she said it was amazing!

First time in 18 years that I enjoyed a gluten free grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup in a restaurant! It was awesome! My Hubbie enjoyed the sandwich of the day and an added bonus of a free child's meal for our son. All in all....check this place out, especially if you are gluten free!

Had Gf bread and sandwich options for the family. They didn’t know if tater tots were gluten free or just in a shared fryer (they are not labeled GF but as we are not celiac we don’t care if they are just a shared fryer.) Overall a good sandwich and we were happy to find something we could eat.

Went there a month ago and the lack of respect of not wanting to listen to my allergy made me not trust them at all. I tried to ask what precautions they took for someone with celiac and the lady said the grill has a separate part. I asked to clarify if that meant a separate grill or a corner of the grill that is used to all the gluten items. The lady proceeded to slam down a number holder and slowly said “ I said it has a separate part of the grill which means it has a separate grill”. I would not go back here. If that’s how they treat a customer with an allergy I wouldn’t trust them to follow precautions to ensure no cross contamination.

They have gluten free bread they use for the sandwiches. They are careful when making it and double checked for me. The tater tots are cooked in their own fryer with nothing else so I was able to have them too.

NO GF BREAD. Had 1 soup that was gf. No gf bread, said they’ve been out for a while even though it says gluten free options on the board. Would give 0 stars
