They use a separate grill and utensils when allergy to gluten is specified. Also vegetarian options. The owner was super kind and helpful.

Staff asks if gluten free is a preference or an allergy, and takes precautions if it’s an allergy. I am incredibly sensitive, but didn’t have any issues.

Super pricey for a grilled cheese. That being said, the staff was very knowledgable and the bacon one was pretty good.

We love this place! The employees (and owner) are very conscious of gluten allergies. My husband hasn't had any issues and we eat here often.

Good food, reasonable prices, and very consciousness about gluten. they have a dedicated GF grill and tag tickets as "gluten allergy" to make staff extra careful. I ordered a salad with nuts and the line staff actually came out to ask if it was okay to put nuts on it that had been on the normal line; very thoughtful. I highly recommend this place. (I have celiac and was fine.)

My family and I just ate at the Ft. Collins Tom + Chee - we've never been to a Tom + Chee before - and all we can say is WOW!

I usually don't do reviews often- but this place rocked!

This is not your regular grilled cheese, the kind you make at home, this is true GOURMET GRILLED CHEESE sandwiches! We had the Flying Pig, the Turkey Pesto, the Hot + Spicy, and the Swiss + Shroom.

My husband has a gluten allergy - we were so happy they not only offered great tasting gluten-free bread, but soups, too. The staff was great with making sure everything was safe for him and they were so knowledgeable about which cheeses, etc, contained even traces of gluten and they even had a separate grill for non-gluten sandwiches. So impressive!

We also had salad with HOMEMADE dressing, soup, and their grilled cheese donuts- which were all incredible.

The food was fresh, flavorful, and amazing. Basically, it was awesome!

The staff was very friendly and so helpful in answering our many questions about the menu and the gluten-free options. The restaurant was very clean and had a cheery atmosphere.

We highly recommend Tom + Chee and we'll definitely be repeat customers!

Dedicated gluten free cook top and dedicated utensils! The cashier also marked an allergy for me so the cooks would change their gloves. The bread was good, the sandwich was tasty, the goat cheese salad was delicious and I loved the dipper sized soup portions. My only complaint is that they cook with soy butter; I'd prefer no soy.

Had Gf bread and sandwich options for the family. They didn’t know if tater tots were gluten free or just in a shared fryer (they are not labeled GF but as we are not celiac we don’t care if they are just a shared fryer.) Overall a good sandwich and we were happy to find something we could eat.

Went there a month ago and the lack of respect of not wanting to listen to my allergy made me not trust them at all. I tried to ask what precautions they took for someone with celiac and the lady said the grill has a separate part. I asked to clarify if that meant a separate grill or a corner of the grill that is used to all the gluten items. The lady proceeded to slam down a number holder and slowly said “ I said it has a separate part of the grill which means it has a separate grill”. I would not go back here. If that’s how they treat a customer with an allergy I wouldn’t trust them to follow precautions to ensure no cross contamination.

They have gluten free bread they use for the sandwiches. They are careful when making it and double checked for me. The tater tots are cooked in their own fryer with nothing else so I was able to have them too.
