Went in for a quick lunch and loved the GF options. The bartender was extremely helpful and considerate regarding Celiac Disease, the ribs were delicious (the mashed potatoes were a little flavorless, but still edible) and the gf Creme Brûlée that comes in a pineapple was so good! Will definitely return!
They have a pretty large GF menu and the food is amazing! I had the baby back ribs and the chef pan fried my french fries for me to avoid cross contamination. They really did go the extra mile to make me happy.
Delicious! Staff was very knowledgeable and the waitress even brought me gluten free bread and my own almond butter. Lots of options and dedicated gluten free menu. The creme brule dessert was delicious! Definitely would eat here again.
Gluten Sensitive Menu-that should be the first sign it’s not safe for Celiacs since it absolves the Restaurent of literally all liability, but I hoped they’d surprise me. I was wrong: Despite a conversation about the chips being fried in a shared fryer, my appetizer was served surrounded by, you guessed it, said chips. The best part is that my entree side dish had a fried wonton in it (hint-it wasn’t supposed to be there). So, celiacs beware!!! The server didn’t seem to care nor was any amount taken off the bill. Unacceptable.
Very few options for gluten free. Staff unsure of what is gluten free or not. But she did list ingredients of glaze. so that was good. But only two real options. Overall staff isn’t trained. Just not a priority here. The pork chop was gluten free and it was very good. I just wouldn’t go back.
This is not a restaurant to share with small children. This is one of my “go-to” restaurants for finer dining. The choices of GF items are limited but very good. I have never had a server who was not knowledgeable. I have never been sick from eating here. I am sorry others have not been as happy here as I have been.
our server treated us kind of second-rate when she found out we were Celiac, as if it was a burden to her. my wife had a nasty gluten reaction afterward so something was cross-contaminated.
I had the Gluten sensitive Fish Tacos which are made with Lettuce Wraps. They were delicious. I also had the Spiked Guacamole..they gave me cut up cucumber instead of chips..it was very refreshing. The gf menu had a ribeye..also ribs..but I didn't try them.
Great service, thank you Jason! Amazing food—staff was ultra aware of gluten free options!
They had several GF menu items in a separate section on the menu, and my daughter was so excited to be able to order GF baby back ribs. She loved them (lots of flavor) and I had gluten free blackened fish tacos, which I devoured. No reaction to the food and the wait staff and server all called out gluten allergy when taking order and bringing the food.
Took celiac very seriously. Goat cheese was excellent but no gf chips or crackers to go with it. Blackened fish tacos on lettuce was wonderful too.
Great meal! The server was really knowledgeable, they were able to make their nightly special GF. They do have a separate GF menu, and detail the changes to regular menu items. Also, their blood orange margaritas are fantastic. The service was quite slow, but they gave us a free pineapple creme brulee to make up for it, which was delicious (and naturally GF). Would definitely recommend.
Some good options. A little dependant on waitstaff education and a couple times they gave me non-gf contaminated food but I caught it and they corrected. I've never gotten sick there. I keep coming back for fish tacos and grapefruit basil martinis
They have many items on their gf menu that they out in the fryer. The same fryer used for everything else. So everything on the gf menu is not gf. Beware. Had blackened fish tacos in lettuce. They were very good but there were some fried bananas in a sauce on the plate (not in food description and still put there after I told the waitress I could not eat something cooked in the deep fryer.
Chef driven!! Made scratch meals using the menu as inspiration. I had a dish with grilled chicken with a fabulous SAUCE, cauliflower mashed potatoes and broccoli. Hubby had shrimp and scallops with almond rice and spinach. Fantastic.
Ate here Oct 2014 with my family including 9-yr-old with Celiac. She had the filet. Waitress was very knowledgeable of Celiac, gluten, cc, etc. in fact when she brought the filet, it had something on it that concerned her (not sure what it was). She brought it back to the kitchen & they cooked a new filet & didn't charge us (it was a $60 steak).
We have three little children who also are gluten free in addition to myself. Finding food that I could eat and that the children would be happy with proved to be more trouble than it was worth. We left without eating. We could have ordered hot dogs off of the children's menu for our children, but what would the point be paying $7 per hot dog just to get a silly hotdog by itself ?
A little disappointed...the menu had a gluten sensitive symbol next to the Baby back ribs with fries and slaw but the fries aren't made in a dedicated fryer and the slaw had to be modified because it had won tons on it. The ribs and slaw were ok and the server was very nice.
I ordered the ribs which were gluten free, however the slaw that came with them had tortilla pieces in it. The chef came out, thoroughly apologized, and said I was supposed to have the slaw without the strips, but it was too late. I am now sick and hope my vacation isnt ruined. I would not recommend eating here.
A good selection of gluten-sensitive and vegetarian menu items here. Even an option on the kids menu. Food was excellent. They were careful to say they aren't truly GF (no separate prep/cook, etc) so probably not a place for someone with celiac. The service was painfully slow and our server very infrequent, but maybe just this day. We'll try it again.
Very few gluten free options. Loved this place before diagnosis, but not crazy about what they chose for the GF offerings. I won't be returning, but I did not get sick.
Limited selection but the food isn't bad. The menu doesn't specify how an item is altered to be GF and it's often just omitting or replacing items. Also, many items that seem naturally GF, aren't (corn chips, sauteed vegetables, etc.).
