Review of Tommy's Brick Oven Pizza

Not worth it, it's not celiac friendly and the pizza was subpar. The crust was crisp on the bottom and gooey under the toppings, but not the good kind of gooey, the undercooked kind of gooey that sticks to your mouth. The toppings were fine... service was okay, it took around 30 minutes for everything to be ready and the cheesecake tasted good, but just had a slightly grainy texture.
