Got chips and guac, chips and queso and chicken tacos. No reaction :) I didn’t talk to the waiter aside from mentioning gluten allergy, but all worked out. Items are labeled, but I avoided the flatbread as a celiac as that typically has cc issues.

Staff seemed knowledgeable and the organization is aware enough to have a “gluten friendly” not “free” menu which is labeled very well. We asked about the chips and queso, let them know about the celiacs, and the waiter seemed confident that there was no cross contamination.

Chips and grace were gf and celiac safe. Flatbread had some cross contamination. Staff is knowledgeable.

They said they had gluten free options when we phoned to check. However when queried what was gluten free with server, a large number of items were not and could not be made gluten free even without the rolls. They could provide gluten free rolls. They made me a gluten free chicken salad roll. Not sure how confident I’d be eating here again though.

They aren’t dedicated gluten free but they have some gluten friendly options. They were somewhat knowledgeable about cross contamination. We had the tortilla chips and white queso with no issue.

I only had the chips & queso and cookie butter old fashioned, both were good. But there are also gluten free buns, pizza, and tacos that were listed on the menu. Chips are not fried, so they are safe.

We went there with a large group and I was happy to be able to eat there. I ordered the Cobb salad and they were very careful with the order. The manager even came to check on our food after we received it.

Can’t believe I trusted this place. Feel horrible and now a long week to the recovery. Gluten friendly not Gluten Free.
I must have had a good amount of gluten to feel this way I had the chips and guac and cauliflower crust, there is clearly gluten in these products
