“Gluten-friendly” buns and very limited options. I am non-celiac and asked for a gluten free bun for my sandwich and was given a regular bun the same as my boyfriend. I asked if this was gluten free they said oh no, and came back 30 minuets later with just a plain gluten free bun.
Had a work outing at Top Golf, with a fajita bar because it had the best GF options. Options were corn tortillas and chips, fajita meat with onions and peppers, queso, salsa. When catered, there are labels for the food with top allergens listed (for example, refried beans had wheat and dairy.) I didn't get sick, but was left wanting more, if that makes sense. Our waitress was not knowledgeable about GF, but she got my questions answered by management.
