Lovely breakfast - I asked to speak to the chef as I am a very sensitive coeliac. He was very helpful and I had udis donuts and muffin to start. Then potatoes, scrambled egg and bacon for main breakfast. My only complaint would be that the main was small compared to the cost but we were paying for the character dining experience. Overall a lovely setting and great character interaction with safe food.
Food was okay. They do have a gluten free lobster pasta they didn’t have listed on the allergy menu. They served gluten free warm rolls while everyone got normal bread. Server and manager were both helpful and knowledgeable. Food was served with an allergy tooth pick. I am not sensitive to cross contamination and didn’t have any issues.
We were fortunate to have breakfast here Friday, Oct 9.
Two Celiac, two NCGI, and multiple allergies.
Chef came out to find out who had what allergies and worked out what we could safely eat. Donuts (Kinnickkinnick?) and Blueberry muffins (Udis?) Came out first. Kids and I got two eggs (various styles), breakfast meat, and roasted potatoes. Hubby opted for mushroom omelet and plant based sausage (he has a pork sensitivity as well). He said he would never have known the sausage was not "real" sausage. The chef also brought us a HUGE Mickey Waffle that we shared. Everything was delicious (try the Mimosa). A lot of fun in a beautiful atmosphere. We were tickled that the characters come out (phased opening), definitely different, but worth it. I cannot wait to go back.
