Menu has items marked that they’re able to “adapt” to be gluten free (that they can replace the flour tortilla with corn in other words.) Our waiter seemed a little unsure when we asked for gluten free but we did end up getting only corn tortillas, so that’s good! Fabulous food, friendly staff, and welcoming environment, but not a lot of choices.
They did have menu gluten free, but all options were unsafe! Not recommended at all.

The manager was very kind and helpful, but the staff seemed I knowledgeable about safety and gluten in general (just giving enthusiastic affirmations of safety to things I later found out contained gluten). There is a gluten free menu, but beware that almost everything on the menu is cooked in a non-dedicated fried (including the chips). You’ll need to ask for things to be cooked in a separate pan, and don’t expect for your meal to be that tasty because of this.

Excellent service! Wonderful fresh food! The service and seating were fast too! And they have gluten free menu.
No dedicated frier so everything was off the gf menu for celiacs. However staff was very nice and accommodating and I was able to have fish tacos with an awesome chipotle sauce. Because of the staff I put 4 instead of 5 but cannot put 5 because of only one menu item being truly gluten free.

Great Tex-mex!! Great GF menu with many options. Chips are fried in a mixed fryer, so those with Celiac may have issues. We ordered chicken fajitas with corn tortillas, chicken enchiladas and cheese enchiladas-- all delicious! My middle son says: "you gotta try it!"
They specify that fryer is shared. We are moderately sensitive but all 3 did fine with enchiladas, floutas and taco. We did chicken rather than beef. Overall good spot.
There's no longer a dedicated fryer, so the gluten free menu is really just a cash grab for the GF trend. Everything on the supposedly gluten free menu is fried in the ever so dangerous fryer and I got extremely sick after eating here. Eat here at your own risk...

A pretty extensive gluten free menu. Very impressive, hard to find enchiladas on the menu. They even have a dedicated fryer they use for flautas and chips. Reasonably priced and very authentic. Everything down to the rice and beans are pretty tasty.
Tortilla Coast has a gluten-free menu that was designed in-part by two regular customers with Celiac disease. It's Tex-Mex that you'll walk away feeling happy and healthy after you've had it.
