Tortilla seems similar to chipotle, in that it has gluten free options and they are understanding of allergies, and the chips are GF too which is great, but there’s always risk of cross contamination in that environment.

The food tasted great and there were 2 GF options, naked burrito (burrito bowl) and soft corn tacos. It’s create your own style dining so there was a mix of options and most of the ingredients were GF. Everything is prepared in the same area so there could be cross contamination. They do change gloves if asked and they have an allergen menu that tells you what ingredients are GF.

The guys were super helpful and changed gloves when serving corn tacos. They put paper over the taco to stop cross contamination

A great place for Mexican burritos. They have an online list of the allergens you can access directly through a QR code you can scan near the serving counter. Only the tortillas actually had gluten in for the burrito I wanted so they offered a bowl. The staff are extremely helpful in helping to make selections.
