Review of Tower of Pizza

They have a 10" GF pizza crust. It's a pretty typical GF crust - thin and a little cardboardy. It has its own little pan it comes in so it has less CC than it would otherwise. Other than the crust, servers didn't seem knowledgeable about gluten or what else would be safe. Was told the salad dressings had gluten so other than the pizza not many (any?) GF options.
