the manager was very helpful. he ensured my order got to the kitchen correctly. gluten free crusts are cooked in a separate tin. I got the crunchy zucchini noodle salad with shrimp, cashews and fresh veggies. the juices are great. definitely talk with the manager if you are celiac.
