Okay, so I ha dread the reviews on here and was super excited to try it. I ordered the sorghum burger sub GF bun. Then I asked if they had a dedicated fryer, because I really wanted those truffle fries. The gal said "no, but the gluten burns off, so it's okay". At this point, I almost just left. I asked her about the chips and pico. She said "I think they're gluten free. They're tortilla chips". I asked "are they corn or flour? Are they baked or fried?" the other attendant said they are corn. First gal said "Um, I guess I can ask if they are baked or fried" with some mild irritation. So I ordered the grain free tabbouleh because I was about done at this point. I will say the food was delicious and thank goodness I didn't get sick, but that particular individual was not knowledgeable at all. When I ordered the GF bun she asked "okay do you have any dietary restrictions?" and I replied "yes, I have Celiac, my food had to be strictly gluten free" and she said "uhm.... Okay". I was surprised because this place is designed for different diets and restrictions (vegan, GF, paleo, keto) so I'm not sure if this is a new staff member? It honestly was pretty unsettling, but luckily the prep staff seems to know what they are doing.
