The menu labels which dishes have allergens in them, however, they do not indicate any info about cross contamination. We had asked our server to do the tasting menu with a gluten allergy adjustment, after they indicated they could adjust for allergens. The server said they were unable to do that but did not offer other info. We then ordered a bunch of dishes that did not have gluten. Only after arriving did we learn that 3 of them were fried and only after flagging down a server did I learn the friers are cross contaminated. Though many dishes seem like they could be safe, only a small number actually are and it's unclear how much cross contamination actually occurs in the kitchen.
