Review

They do have a dedicated fryer. I had the fries with no ill reaction. They were willing to let me read ingredient labels and talk about their process. Watch out with the cider. The server said the beer taps are always separate from the cider taps so that the draft lines are clean, but there was definitely a cider fermented with beer yeast on tap with the rest of the ciders. it was clearly labeled as such. I skipped that one and sampled ten of the others. Had a great time and appreciate their willingness to talk with me and work with me so everyone could be safe and happy!

Owner Response

Thanks for the Review! Just to make sure you understand our processes completely with our ciders, they are all 100% Gluten Free. Even ciders that utilize a beer yeast in no way come in contact with any gluten. The yeast is not manufactured in a brewery, rather a lab environment that does not contain any gluten related ingredients. Thanks for trying and helping spread the word - we appreciate it very much!

Cheers
