Review

We visited for dinner last night and had great service and food! I had a hard time choosing from the menu--there were a lot of options--but ended up choosing sides and apps for a variety since it was our first visit. After asking about the "allergy" I'd indicated when making the reservation and talking about Celiac, I was really comfortable ordering food based on how well the server answered all my questions about how the pasta was cooked, dedicated fryers, sauces, etc. (I didn't ask about the pizza since we had pizza a couple days ago, but when we were initially seated, our server mentioned they could do make that GF also.)

We started with GF rolls, then we split a polpette (meatball with polenta and red sauce), and I had the Tuscan salad and calamari appetizers as my dinner. All of it was great, but especially the polenta and calamari. Each of the dishes was marked with an allergy toothpick and despite being such a large restaurant, it wasn't too loud to have a conversation, and had a nice ambiance with the lighting and being able to see into the open kitchen. Highly recommend in you're in the Epcot area!
