Review of Traverso's

Went here after reading the great reviews. Staff is very friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating. I am GF as well as corn-free, with the latter actually being the more difficult sensitivity when eating out. Our server Karen was awesome, being careful to check with the kitchen regarding any GF menu item that I was interested in. Unfortunately the GF pastas, breads and pizza crusts all contained corn, but Karen helped me come up with a cocktail as well as a custom GF/CF entree combination that worked and was delicious (although the breaded chicken strips were barely seasoned and lacking in flavor.) My husband had the regular pizza and thoroughly enjoyed it. I would not hesitate to recommend Traverso's to someone who has to eat gluten-free; the selection is great, and the staff's attention to detail certainly increases the odds of a good dining experience.
