We ate breakfast here. Server was very knowledgeable about Celiac and cross contamination. Eggs and bacon were fantastic. They roasted potatoes separately and toasted gf bread in separate toaster. Overall great experience.

They have quite a few gf options incl pizza and fish and chips.

The chefs are aware of celiac disease and cross contamination as this hotel hosted the Canadian Celiac Association conference a few years ago. GF fish and chips are my favorite.
