Do NOT eat at True Food Kitchen if you are Celiac or have a severe allergy to wheat or gluten. I was glutened twice at this establishment. Once at the TFK in Stanford, CA and recently at the one in Naples, FL. I have a rule of thumb of asking three times about gluten free items. I start the conversation as soon as I'm seated, when I order and again when the food is brought to the table. I was assured each time by each server who served us that the kitchen would/had accommodate(d) my gluten and dairy allergies. I ordered the Korean Noodle Bowl. Within an hour I was deathly ill and am just now recuperating after four weeks. I'm guessing the noodles were cooked in cross contaminated water or the soy sauce wasn't gluten free. I wrote to TFK and their response was less than stellar. I highly encourage Celiacs to eat elsewhere so that you don't get sick.
