Haven’t eaten here yet- will this week. Based on Caitlin’s review I gave Truk’t a phone call and was told that the corn tortillas are in fact gluten free. I asked the server to double check and she did and confirmed that they and most of the items on the menu are gf.
The first time I went the food was amazing, but last time I was in I was told that the tortillas are no longer gluten free, so unfortunately I won’t be eating here anymore.
The tortillas are all corn tortillas. The only thing on the menu with gluten was the fish tacos and churros (fried). The manager said everything else didn’t have gluten, but we only went for appetizers (brussel sprouts, queso fundido, salsa, and guacamole). One of the tacos is a Korean bbq, which I thought might have soy sauce, but the manager said fish tacos and churros were the only items to have gluten. I am doing fine 24 hours later, but again, didn’t actually have any tacos.
