This cafe has a lot of gluten free options and very good food. Our whole family loved it!

Lots of GF items on the menu and I’ve always been fine after eating here. I’m strategic about what I order and let the kitchen know I’m celiac, though.

Used to be good. Food and service has been horrible the last 2 times I ate here. Didn’t get gluten but still made me sick. If you have celiac you understand. Gross taste left in mouth for two days no matter how many time I brushed and used mouthwash. Much better choices in the area.

My first visit to Tryst a few months ago was great. Food was delicious and I did not get sick. Today the food tasted great but I have become sicker than I have in a long time from a restaurant. I will not be back and do not recommend it to someone with celiac.

Let me start by saying I think we went at an odd time of the day, we went for happy hour at 3pm and we were the only ones there so the vibe was different than I expected. With that said, food was quick and light and bright. I had the spring rolls and shrimp tacos and they were good.

Staff knows their stuff and food was great! Celiac and no reaction. The sandwiches are amazing (The Reuben is my favorite) and there are a lot of options available! Breakfast food is incredible.

Food was wonderful, server was knowledgeable, and tons of options. They have a dedicated fryer for their sweet potato tots.

Most of the menu was able to be made gluten free. Fries weren’t gluten free, but sweet potato tots were a good alternate.

Been at this place a few times already (move to the area 5 days ago) and everything we have tried have been absolutely delicious. Many options for breakfast, and the burgers (with real, good gf bread) are so good. The sweet potato tater tots are amazing! Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Fully recommended by our family of 5 celiacs.

We tried this restaurant after seeing it on this app. I am celiac but my fiancé is not and it was nice to find a restaurant that had a huge selection of gluten free items. I had a sandwich for the first time in ages and felt good after eating it. Highly recommend

My kids all have Celiac, and did great there. There was a variety of GF food to choose from--pasta, breakfast quesadillas, burgers. There was even GF brownies and creme brulee! The waitress was very knowledgeable, and the kitchen had a separate cooking space. We felt very comfortable eating there, and no one got sick.

Our family recently visited the Tryst Cafe. We ordered two pancake breakfasts off the children's menu. Our server let us know that they were out of the Gluten Free pancake mix, and offered another GF option for pancakes. My other kids ordered other GF items (french toast and banana pancakes). Everything was delicious. The servers and hostess were considerate of our kid's CD needs and also omitted the cheese on my omelette!
The environment in the cafe was lovely, very clean.

Love going to this place. They are very accommodating if you are a Celiac. If you have any other allergies to dairy you are limited to only a few options on the menu but still a great place to eat at and an awesome gluten free breakfast menu! Definitely recommend trying this place out!

Knowledgeable staff, lots of gluten free options

Although most items are labeled gf, there are some gf dishes that still contain gluten ( steak salad is labeled gf, but contains onion rings which are not gf). I asked questions and was lucky to have a knowledgeable waitress that helped me navigate.

Awesome food and LOTS of options (almost everything on there menu) to eat gluten free. Staff was knowledgeable about celiac disease and would ask if there were questions! Highly recommend!
