Tsunami

We have been to Tsunami multiple times (dine in and take out) and they do a great job being GF and with food allergies in general. They always thoroughly label to go orders, I’ve even had them call me to make certain they had everything right, have a ton of options, and we have never had any reactions. My 4 year old daughter has celiac and always gets the GF chicken teriyaki w/rice.

My only wish is that they had GF tempura :)

Such a great selection of gluten free foods!! The sushi chefs even made a sushi roll half gluten free for me and regular for my husband. He was extremely careful for me. Also got a GF Brownie for dessert.AWESOME!!

Sat at the sushi bar and everything was amazing!! Had the chili garlic edamame, 4 sushi rolls, and GF cheesecake!!! It was all delicious and the service was fabulous, our waitress was Raquel and she was super kind and awesome👏 10/10 recommend. Definitely will be back.

Dedicated menu. Staff is very careful when taking the order and it’s always been separated out from my non gf items. They even have Tamari packets for to go orders. Menu is expansive and fish quality is some of the best. Reservations are a must and calling an order in hours before you need it is recommended during prime hours as the place is popular.

Great gluten free menu with a good amount of options. They will even go as far as giving their recommendations, which says they are well educated in how the food tastes, cause I tried their recommendations and loved it.

This place takes GF seriously. They have a separate process that is double checked - each order! - by a manger! I highly recommend!! The sushi is awesome! They have a completely separate GF menu and a fabulous selection of GF mini (not so mini) cheesecakes!!

The staff was very knowledgeable. They have a Gluten Free Menu with a lot of choices. They also offer GF Teriyaki Sauce and Soy Sauce. The food was really good and worth the cost. They prepare the GF food in the same area as all other food, but the host went over their procedure for cleaning the space when preparing GF food. I was actually impressed , which does not happen very often. The reason I gave it 4 stars vs. 5 is because they do not have a dedicated area or fryer.

Absolutely amazing. I'm from Dallas TX and worried I might not find many places that are safe. This restaurant went out of their way to accommodate me. I ordered an small plate of the steak and mushrooms. Philly roll, veggie roll and kids chicken teriyaki plate. I wish I had taken pictures of the food. All the food that was GF was labeled with an allergen sticker. Sooo good. I might go back instead of looking for other safe places 😍

Just ate here for the first time and loved it. Lots of GF options, good cross contact protocols. My symptomatic celiac husband felt totally fine afterwards.

I ordered gluten free online for pickup and it was super easy. The gluten free menu is extensive and the sushi excellent. The food containers are all labeled "gluten allergy". Highly recommend this place.

I LOVE this place!!! Amazing food, never sick, and the best teriyaki! You can purchase it by the bottle! I love to pop in and get the gluten free jalapeno teriyaki, it's jyst so good!
