They now only have one truly gluten-free dish, but oh man, what a dish! It was a spicy (I am not big on hot foods, this was just a slight spiciness)pork sausage, shaved Parmesan, herbs, and a made from scratch sauce. I felt fine afterwards. Wonderful meal

Lots of gluten free options for a classic Italian restaurant. I had the corn risotto and a gf desert, both were delicious.

Food was safe, I am a sensitive celiac and ate here with no problems. Ordered the chicken with lemongrass risotto & it was delicious. However, I will say some of the staff are incredibly unprofessional in front of guests. Arguing loudly in the dining room like children about folding napkins is trashy for the amount of money we paid to eat here. Our sever was continually harassed while she provided us with exceptional service & I thought it was extremely rude. But, you won’t get sick!

Good GF pasta. I had a spicy orecchiette pasta with veggies. Convenient location, good atmosphere and friendly staff.

We really enjoyed the attentiveness of staff and the beautiful restaurant. The gluten free menu was extensive and I enjoyed my meal. It was a treat to find such a treasure near the 5th Avenue Theatre.

Great Italian food prepared properly for Celiac. We had the clams and pasta as well as the orecchiette. Both were delicious. Decent variety of desserts from sorbet and gelato -- loved the pistachio semifreddo. Our waiter couldn't have been any nicer and even recommended things for us to do as tourists. Overall great experience!

Celiac visiting Seattle for a few days. I was just picking up take out but saw great reviews for Tulios. I ordered a house salad to start and they substituted the dressing for plain balsamic no problem. For my entree I made my own version of pasta. I had gluten free pasta with chicken and asparagus and tomatoes. Normally I end up adding salt to my pasta dishes because I find them to be bland but I didn't need to here which was a plus. Highly recommend.

great place. our waiter was absolutely amazing. he was more than accommodating with my food allergies. they have gluten free pasta and a delicious red sauce without dairy.

Amazing GF options at every course. My entree looked SO decadent that I could hardly believe it was for ME! Highest recommendations and the service was top notch.

I highly recommend Tulio! Excellent gluten free meal. Friendly, professional, gf knowledgable staff knows their dishes and which ones are gf. They even asked if there were other allergies they should be aware of - which was nice for me since I have 27 of them. I was very impressed by their willingness to accommodate.! If they tell you the 'chef's counter' is available and ask if you're interested DO IT! My girlfriend and I did and received a night of totally unexpected VIP treatment...special tasting dishes (gf of course) and more. Easily one of the best dining experiences of my life!
