I've eaten here before and remembered loving the shrimp and grits. The menu has changed. There are very few GF choices. My "shakshuka" was just okay, and we waited almost an hour for our food. The dining room was pretty empty.

I love the food here, particularly the shrimp in goat cheese grits which is what I always get at brunch. They do mark some menu items as GF but if you just go with that I think your options are a bit limited. However, I always just ask for what I want to be made gluten free and either leave the piece of bread that comes with it off or else substitute it with GF bread. Some servers are more knowledgeable than others but in general they're very willing to work with you. Of course the gluten free bread is not as good as the fresh biscuits but that's to be expected...they will bring you separate jams and butter too, but often have to be asked. I give them 5 stars because the food tastes so good and the kitchen understands about celiac and cross contamination, even if sometimes the servers need a little explanation.

Menu has changed. Menu is labeled but there are very few GF options. This location does any GF buns from local bakery. But yeah this place used to be great for GF and is now more of a corporate chain that isn’t GF super friendly.
I don't know why everyone loves this cafe. The GF menu was very limited. The GF bun for my burger was just ok. I would have loved a GF biscuit to try the honey. Overall, it was just an ok experience.
Always so many great options, wonderful staff who are knowledgeable and work with you!

No longer a separate GF menu. Not enough GF options any more. I used to love this place, but won't go back! Too expensive for the two entrée items on the menu. And trying to figure out what I could have was way too much work!

Traveling through to Pigeon Forge with 3 young boys all gluten free. They got gluten free grilled cheese, gluten free cheeseburger. Mom ordered the chefs gluten free shrimp and grits. If your a true celiac you will need to skip fries as they do fry items with gluten in the same fryer.
The staff was well informed and very helpful. They understood the dangers of cross contamination and were very polite. They food was amazing! They offer Gluten free bread that wasn't bad at all.

Great GF menu. i wanted to taste everything. Food was delicious
Fantastic gluten free menu! Beat ever!
My family is new to gluten free, this place had a great GF menu...great place with many choices!
Menu has changed! We used to come here semi-regularly but hadn't been for a while. There were only a few gf options, no gf bread option, and even things like a vegetable omelet weren't safe. The waiter even said they weren't allergy friendly anymore. Sad!

The food here was super delicious…all sauces and meals are made in-house and fresh. GF items are listed on the menu. Not a lot of GF specific items…but because everything is made fresh and in-house, they are able to re-make items to accommodate allergies. I had the Grilled chicken BLT…and they were able to make it GF…they even have GF bread for sandwhiches. They do not have a dedicated fryer…so fried foods are out. I would definately go back.

I had the shrimp and grits which was excellent. They have menu items marked gf, which are limited, and they also carry gluten free bread. But the shrimp and grits were probably the best I’ve had. Not spicy but full of flavor, made fresh to order. Yummy.

Lovely place, but they don’t have a gluten free menu. In fact, they have only a few items that are GF. We didn’t stay to eat.
