Menu has changed! We used to come here semi-regularly but hadn't been for a while. There were only a few gf options, no gf bread option, and even things like a vegetable omelet weren't safe. The waiter even said they weren't allergy friendly anymore. Sad!

Their menu used to be very gluten-free friendly, but sadly they no longer offer safe soups, GF bread, and cannot accommodate simple items like chicken for a salad to be gluten free. I wish they would bring back more GF options!

Too few options for Celiac customers.
The staff and kitchen were knowledgeable and helpful. I had salmon over maple honey roasted veggies and the nachos appetizer. Delicious!

Waiter was knowledgeable and knew how the foods are prepared so he was able to give us good information. There aren’t enough options. Only 2 entrees, 1 salad and a couple of sides. Can’t even get grilled checken because they marinate it all in Soy sauce.

Very limited gluten free options (2 to be exact), and no bread as their online menu suggests. There is not a dedicated gf menu.

I can't say enough about this place. Last night I had the pork chop with mashed potatoes and green beans with a side of roasted beets. For lunch today I had the roasted beer salad with grilled salmon.
The staff was wonderful, a young man answered phone when I called, I said my wife is Celiac and I needed to know there was No chance of cross contamination because she will be Very Sick. He said he felt all is well but got his manager to the phone. The manager was GREAT!! She assured me of their diligence to safety for their customers and when I said I was interested in the shrimp & grits again she assured me that there would be NO cross contamination. When I arrived to pick up my carry out, Beth, the manager met me in the rear lobby. I was very impressed with the young man answering the phone and his willingness to Recheck information; Beth, the guest service manager for her help with my concerns and her care & concern to even come and meet me when I arrived & also, by no means meaning to be last, the Food Was Very Good!! Thank you to Tupelo Honey Cafe for GREAT SERVICE, care & concern as well as GREAT FOOD!

Very limited GF options. Only thing I could eat was mozzarella bruschetta (which was only 2 pieces of GF bread that was toasted) And expensive for what it was! Staff was rude and inattentive!!!
Shrimp and grits were amazing. I have celiac and did not have a reaction.

They don't have a lot of offer in the way of gluten free options but what we had was good. Their regular menu items sound and look very tasty I wish they would connect with the local Gluten Free Artisan Bakery and purchase their house made gluten free flour blends for use in offering gluten free versions of their friend chicken, etc. They would make an excellent pairing and allow them to add a whole new level of gluten free delicacies to their menu.
We will visit here again when we are in town.

Great meal and service! I had a delicious (and spicy) bowl of shrimp and grits.
Waiter was knowledge on gluten free because his girlfriend is GF. We couldn't have the complimentary biscuits but they offered GF toast with jam for a slight uncharged which I was happy to pay. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the staff has that southern charm you would expect.
Great atmosphere! I had a sandwich with gluten-free bread. It tasted great and the staff was very kind.

Gluten free items are marked on the menu which is a plus but I requested the gluten free eggs Benedict and it arrived with the regular biscuit. Unfortunately I didn't realize wasn't gluten free until I took a bite. They replaced my meal with the GF version but their lack of attention to detail concerns me and I doubt I'll return.
There are several GF options on a dedicated menu so the variety is sufficient and the waiter was very aware of gluten sensitivity. The food itself was very delicious and we all walked out with no leftovers! I got a breakfast plate for dinner and I thought the portion of goat cheese grits wasn't incredibly generous but they are soooooo good. If you enjoy the tangy flavor of goat cheese, don't walk out without trying them! No gluten free desserts but for us, it's not a big deal as we don't typically do dessert. I'll be revisiting for breakfast in the morning!

Yummy and Gluten free! They are even certified by the nation foundation for celiac awareness!!

They offered a separate menu which was helpful to order from. The food was tasty and pretty. atmosphere was nice and upscale. ... Prices werea tad high but the portions were very hearty. Happy to have found this place.
Yummy grilled cheese! We went back twice during our visit. Limited menu, but delicious food & great staff.
I visited this place after reading the reviews on this website, however there was not much available to eat other than their salads and their grilled cheese. There did seem to have options for breakfast, but as far as lunch and diner go, I would avoid this place.

This place is really fabulous! We ordered from the gluten free menu because my daughter has celiac and it far exceeded our expectations. The spring spinach salad was especially delicious. Also the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about celiac.

This place is wonderful. Very nice people and care about your GF. :). I will be back
Great service! Staff were not only knowledgeable, but also respectful of GF. I'll definitely go back again!
The food here was super delicious…all sauces and meals are made in-house and fresh. GF items are listed on the menu. Not a lot of GF specific items…but because everything is made fresh and in-house, they are able to re-make items to accommodate allergies. I had the Grilled chicken BLT…and they were able to make it GF…they even have GF bread for sandwhiches. They do not have a dedicated fryer…so fried foods are out. I would definately go back.

I had the shrimp and grits which was excellent. They have menu items marked gf, which are limited, and they also carry gluten free bread. But the shrimp and grits were probably the best I’ve had. Not spicy but full of flavor, made fresh to order. Yummy.

Lovely place, but they don’t have a gluten free menu. In fact, they have only a few items that are GF. We didn’t stay to eat.

I had cheese grits with eggs. The server was knowledgeable and my food was good. I just wish I’d been able to get something sweet since the entire place smelled like maple syrup. There is flour everywhere, so caution is recommended
