The restaurant is buffet ONLY, which apparently started November 2022. Food was delicious, but it’s a buffet - so cross contamination risk exists from other customers. I recommend walking through with the chef. They allegedly designed the buffet to keep allergens in one area. One area of feedback: mark allergens at the buffet instead of the paper brochure. I ate a plate full of chicken, rice and salad. I didn’t get sick. The chef said that about 300 customers with allergies had already dined there by 11am, with 98% not eating gluten. So gotta assume they know what they’re doing!
