Disney’s app doesn’t specify that this is a buffet when booking. They are clear that cross-contamination can occur at the buffet due to guests serving themselves. Our waitress was the least-educated about allergies than anyone we’d encountered at the parks, to the point where I wasn’t even comfortable with the offer of speaking to the chef and getting my food directly from the kitchen. By the time she’d even gotten the chef, my family had already finished eating.
This is an emphatic avoid from me. They have no clue what they’re doing.
