Offers gluten free pizza bases but whilst they prep them in a separate area, they’re cooked directly on the stone of the oven where the regular pizzas are cooked - thus huge cross contamination risk. Disappointing for coeliacs as this risk could be easily reduced by cooking GF pizzas in a pan in the oven.
