100% gluten free facility. So knowledgeable on all food allergies and use clear signage for items that could contain other allergens (nuts, dairy, etc.) This is just plain GREAT food that is also gluten free. The breakfast and lunch food is fantastic, the bakery items are so beyond yummy, and they even have take and bake options! My favorite place to eat and feel safe.

UPDATE: Now that this location has been established for some time, I wanted to note that quality has, sadly, gone down. Sometimes stale sweets sit in the display and I was once served lemon pound cake with mold on it. I frequented multiple times a week, but now I stop in maybe once a month and I’m careful to ensure what I order is fresh. Hopefully they can focus on food freshness and regroup. This is the place I’ve been waiting all of my gluten-free life for. Wholesome & authentic allergen free ingredients (no HFCS or GMOs). Delicious food. Whoopie pies delighted my children. Cake pops, too! They can never get them! The breakfast egg sandwich was delicious. The baked goods all looked so tempting. I plan to try everything on the menu. Price isn’t an issue when you are getting well prepared, toxin free, safe food. So I didn’t even look at the prices, really. Except, I will still be baking birthday cakes at home - theirs are beautiful but $47 for a modest sized cake is hard to swallow.

AMAZING food and I felt like a kid in a candy store with so many options! I ordered a burger which came on a delicious and fluffy bun (so much better than freezer burnt Udi’s at most restaurants) and my salad came with fresh GF croutons. I even got to try my husband’s meal which I don’t usually get to do! Their sweet treats are incredible too. My favorite is the lemon square but I’ll be back again soon to try more. I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could.

100% gluten free which is great but don’t order a salad! Their produce is awful - wilted and black lettuce and cucumbers with soft oozy spots. The croutons were also really stale and soft. My partner has been a number of times and regularly got poor produce on the dishes he ordered. My partner got the pulled pork quinoa bowl which was great. The coconut cupcake we got was all really good but very sweet.

First trip and my assessment is “okay.” It was neat to be able to have something like a chicken parm grilled cheese, but I didn’t like the flavor of the provolone or the sauce. It reminded me a lot of the sort of fast food I would have avoided before going GF in the first place! I splurged on a huge slice of birthday cake and found it overly sweet and stale. There are many other options to choose from, and am willing to give it another shot.

Lovely selection of cute pastries and savory meals. The wrap I had was a flavorful lunch portion. The cake pop was moist and dense, and the cookie sandwich was sweet and soft-baked. I brought home some goodies for later, including a 6 pack of bulky rolls. The space was nice to sit down for lunch too.

I feel horrible about my rating but I have to. I have seen all the glorious reviews. So made a day trip to go to twist on a Saturday morning. I went crazy and bought a lot of treats! Well over $100 worth of food! Got home to dig in on the goodies AMD so upset. Lemon square was so stale, could break a tooth biting it (no exaggeration how hard it was). Whoopie pie was also stale and crumbled in my hand. Vanilla cupcake had potential but could tell it wasnt fresh. Frozen meatballs had freezer burn, and taste was not bland. Coffee was burnt and dumped it out. List goes on. It wasnt cheap so I doubt I will be back. Just bummed such a highly rated place would serve stale goods. Good news I did not get sick and do consider it celiac friendly. My recommendation is to eat in! You'll know right away if any stale food issue.

I had been to a different location a few years ago and had remembered it being good, but not this great. I shared the grilled cheese with tomato soup, the pumpkin bread, and a berry cheesecake with my sister and it didn’t disappoint. It’s so nice to go to a dedicated place where you can get anything you want.

Everything in this cafe is gluten free!!! From their sandwiches to their cupcakes and everything in between. They even have vegan options. If you’re like me, you need dairy free and gluten free, which their vegan options cover since it’s all gluten free! They are a nut free environment as well. If you are a person that considers coconut a nut, they do use coconuts. Twist is a wonderful environment: casual, quaint, and comfortable. Grab a coffee or a cupcake and get your shopping done with Wegman’s next door. Twist has given me the availability to grab quick treats for my kiddos get-to-gathers, last minute and feel safe knowing it’s all made in a GF facility. I am one happy customer!!

Best completely gluten free place I’ve been to. I admittedly haven’t been to a ton, but this is the first with a wide selection and normal decor and also the first time a non-gf person with me wasn’t just eating there to humor me...they *also* loved it. The staff is also amazing. I go there very often and you can always tell the gluten free and/or nut free (except coconut) people by the amazed look on their face when they see all the goodies they can eat! They have cupcakes, ham and cheese pinwheels, muffins and other tasty baked treats AND they have salad with gf croutons, breakfast sandwiches (love their english muffins), avocado toast, an omelette with toast I keep going back to, and so much more. Definitely a must try!

I haven’t had a whoppie pie in years and finally finding one that was gluten AND nut free was SO exciting. I came in for breakfast and had an English muffin sausage sandwich and my boyfriend got the scrambled egg avocado toast. He’s not GF but he loved it! They also have homemade syrup flavors for coffees. If you’re someone who suffers multiple allergies- staff are knowledgeable and items are clearly marked. Will definitely be going back soon!

I was watching for this shop to open and wasn’t disappointed. The entire facility is dedicated to GF and they are free of other allergen. The food quality was excellent. I ordered a breakfast sandwich called a Sammy. The English muffin was soft inside and slightly crispy outside. Hot, delicious and even brought out to my table. I would encourage people to go to their website to read their history. It shows how dedicated they are to providing the best GF experience anywhere. GF isn’t part of their menu, it is the menu! It was an amazing breakfast! They have outdoor seating and kids menu. Location is busy 3rd Ave in Burlington. Plenty of parking behind the stores lining the street.
