Twist is a dedicated gluten free establishment, meaning there is no risk for cross-contamination and everything in the building is gluten free.

The entire menu is gluten free. It was hard to believe the first few trips. Eventually, once it clicked, it was one of the best experiences I have ever encountered. The menu is so delicious it is hard to narrow down to just one thing. From the baked goods to the breakfast to the lunch choices, every last item is mind-blowingly scrumptious and never fails to satisfy.

The staff are so encouraging and helpful for the first-timers. When nervous about the truth of whether or not it really is dedicated gluten free, no matter who you ask they have a smile on their face and ensure you feel comfortable. Once you join the Twist customer list, you officially feel like family.
