Review of Twist Bakery & Cafe

UPDATE: Now that this location has been established for some time, I wanted to note that quality has, sadly, gone down. Sometimes stale sweets sit in the display and I was once served lemon pound cake with mold on it. I frequented multiple times a week, but now I stop in maybe once a month and I’m careful to ensure what I order is fresh. Hopefully they can focus on food freshness and regroup.

This is the place I’ve been waiting all of my gluten-free life for. Wholesome & authentic allergen free ingredients (no HFCS or GMOs). Delicious food. Whoopie pies delighted my children. Cake pops, too! They can never get them! The breakfast egg sandwich was delicious. The baked goods all looked so tempting. I plan to try everything on the menu. Price isn’t an issue when you are getting well prepared, toxin free, safe food. So I didn’t even look at the prices, really. Except, I will still be baking birthday cakes at home - theirs are beautiful but $47 for a modest sized cake is hard to swallow.
