Review of Twist Bakery & Cafe

Had been wanting to try this place for a while, and I was sadly disappointed. It was very busy, the line was out the door, people just seem to hold a table as soon as someone gets up. There weren’t any menus out, it wasn’t until I got up to the counter that I was able to look. I ordered the pancakes, with bacon and eggs. The pancakes were very undercooked and they put some butter sauce or something on them and it made them totally soggy. My eggs were very over cooked. I forgot to order a goodie from the case and the line was too long to wait in again. They have a great menu and I would go back and try something different, perhaps from the lunch menu.
